UNIQUENESS: Infrared flow study
BRIEFING: Brasil Telecom needed to enhance its storefronts, increase the potential for promotions, and improve the speed of promotional material exchange.
SOLUTION: In-depth infrared flow study in the stores' entry and traffic for approximately 6 months. Structured planning with benchmarking from supermarket cases and a shift from the push to pull paradigm. Implementation within 24 hours in all 60 owned stores distributed in the South, Midwest, and part of the Northern region of Brazil (implemented on December 22nd for an increase in sales on December 23rd and 24th, coinciding with Christmas).

CLIENT: Pipoca no Copo
UNIQUENESS: Color study and development of a food-focused color palette.
BRIEFING: Translating the conceptual design of the "Pipoca no Copo" product into imagery through the development of all company communication materials.
SOLUTION: The work involved creating a logo, developing packaging, creating point-of-sale kiosks, and elements with specially formulated applications for use in the digital realm, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
