UNIQUENESS: Immersion in sustainability
BRIEFING: The Corporate Affairs Vice Presidency has a team that is physically separated and facing relationship and goal-related issues. We need to bring them together and better align all employees.
SOLUTION: A 3-month recycling campaign (each week different materials were requested for collection) for teams located in different physical locations, launch of an online platform for communication among them, ranking of collected recyclable materials going to institutions that would use them. The campaign concludes with a 3-day event featuring recycling workshops, a choir performance, lectures, and team building activities.
